Guys, can anyone suggest a service for converting YouTube videos to MP4? I want to find something simple and convenient, but most of the sites or programs I've tried are unreliable or require a paid subscription. It would be nice if the service was free and didn't lose video quality when converting. Who uses what and what can you recommend?

I thought all videos on YouTube were already in MP4 format, right? At least every time I worked with videos downloaded directly from YouTube, they were already in MP4. As far as I know, it’s the most in-demand format due to its small size and high quality. By the way, I’ve never downloaded files from YouTube myself. Are there any quick and convenient tools? Or online tools?
